Cyril Romoli in the role of Jacques Charles
In turn actor, singer and musician, Cyril has acted under the direction of Jean-Laurent Cochet (Le Sexe faible), Guy Rétoré (Entre deux portes), Jean-Pierre Dravel and Olivier Macé (Le Squat), Jean Menaud (Vie et mort de Pier Paolo Pasolini), Hervé Bernard Omnès (Le projet Laramie), Marion Bierry (L’Illusion comique), Alain Sachs (Calamity Jane)… He acted and sang in Chance, La guinguette a rouvert ses volets, Ce soir il pleuvra des étoiles, Paradisco, Le Roi Lion at the Théâtre Mogador and, more recently, under the direction of Giuliano Peparini in 1789, les Amants de la Bastille in Paris. He has also composed show music for Fellag in C’est à Alger, accompanying him onstage as pianist and actor, and most recently, music for Bertolt Brecht’s The Caucasian Chalk Circle, directed by Fabian Chappuis. In addition, he regularly tours his piano solo ‘À l’heure où les lionnes apparaissent’ in Paris and the provinces.
